About Pablo Lemberg

I don't help founders work harder.

I help them see what they've been missing.

Most advisors start with the question you ask. I start with the question you haven’t thought to ask yet. That’s where the leverage usually is.

Over the past three decades, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and CEOs across a wide range of industries, helping them solve problems that, more often than not, weren’t the real problems holding them back.

On the surface, they came to me with familiar challenges. They wanted:

More leads.

Higher conversion rates.

Better marketing.

A stronger sales process.

Greater profitability.

And just sometimes, those were exactly the issues that needed attention. But just as often, the real opportunity was hiding somewhere else:

A flawed assumption.

An overlooked decision.

A hidden source of leverage.

A pattern that had been there all along but remained invisible because they were too close to it.

I’ve learned that the most valuable contribution I can make isn’t teaching them another tactic.

It’s perspective.

The problem you see is rarely the real problem.

That is not a marketing slogan.

It’s perhaps the most consistent and important pattern I’ve observed after more than 30 years advising founders.

Because when you identify the real constraint—or uncover an opportunity everyone else has overlooked—you make radically different decisions.

Remarkably, those decisions have a way of dramatically altering the future of your business.

A different kind of advisor

Before becoming a strategic advisor, I built and sold two software companies, worked in financial services, and spent years solving complex business problems from the inside.

I’ve written four books, spoken to audiences around the world, and helped founders navigate growth, change, uncertainty, and reinvention.

Along the way, clients have credited our work together with generating hundreds of millions of dollars in additional profit and creating transformational improvements in growth, pricing, sales performance, leadership, and strategic clarity.

I’m grateful for those outcomes as they've made huge differences and shifted the lives and fortunes of my clients.

But what interests me personally most is how they happened.

Almost always, they began with a founder seeing something differently.

What I believe

I believe thoughtful questions are more valuable than quick answers.

I believe that hidden leverage exists in nearly every business.

I believe that clarity creates confidence.

I believe that one important insight can change one important decision—and that one decision can change the trajectory of a company.

And I believe that founders deserve advisors who challenge their assumptions with respect, curiosity, and experience.

If we ever talk

You don’t need to impress me.

You don’t need a polished presentation or a perfect plan.

Bring your business.

Bring your questions.

Bring your uncertainty.

We’ll explore the rest together.

Because sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t a better answer.

It's finally asking the right question.
